Mr. Flower's Music Blog!

Hello parents of SJA!

We've had a short week of school(only for the kids) but it was a lot of fun! We are getting prepared for the Christmas Concert and things are going well!

JK: Mrs. Padovan's class is doing a lovely song called Five Mince Pies, while Miss King and Miss Fischer's class are doing Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer and I'm the Happiest Christmas Tree! Ho Ho Ho and a Hee Hee Hee!!!

SK: Mrs. Blair's class is doing the Reindeer Pokey and it is so much fun to do this with them! Miss Bannon and Mrs. Gray's class are both doing the Christmas Clap and it is going well!

Gr.1: Miss Gandy's class is doing I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday. Miss Brew's class is doing Santa Clause is Coming To Town and Mr. Foster's class is doing a Medley starting with Do You Hear What I Hear? and going into a hip-hop version of Up on the Housetop! These kids have done a great job of learning the words and the dance moves!

Gr.2
Miss Smith's class is having a great time doing Jingle Bell Rock and Miss Coldswell's class is doing Let It Snow. These kids are having a blast.

Gr.3
Miss Foti's class is doing a song called Mamacita, Where is Santa Clause?(I think it is called this!) and Miss Chiapetta's class is doing I Want a Hippopotamus For Christmas. Grade 3 students are too much fun!

I am proud of all these students! Hard work can definitely pay off and it will show at the Christmas Concert! Hope to see you there!!!
